2009 Country Living House of the Year
Just in case you blinked, you may have missed Carol in the DIY Network TV Special - Country Living House of the Year. Carol was filmed troweling the wall she completed for the project. Sue and Carol traveled to West Virginia last fall for a long weekend of work and filming. They left for home right before Nancy Soriano arrived for her walk thru.
The wall around the fireplace is our Textured Plaster rolled onto the wall. When that was dry, Carol sanded it to feel smooth. Then Carol rolled the paint color of the room over the plaster. When that was dry, Sue and Carol glazed the wall using our Tea Stain wall glaze. It was even more beautiful in person than in the magazine.
The stencil was a special design as requested from the designer of the room. Our In Your Own Words stencils reproduced the design - we are capable of creating any words in any font or any design.
