When you order from Caromal Colours by 3:00 pm Eastern Time (US), we strive to ship your package the same day.
When we ship your order, we will email you a tracking link so you can track your shipment. If you do not receive your tracking number, call us at 866-620-0015.
To track your UPS shipment online: Visit http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html. Just fill out the UPS tracking number and click "Track".
Tracking by E-Mail: UPS e-mail tracking is available even when the web isn't. To track using e-mail, specify one UPS tracking number in each e-mail message and address it to totaltrack@ups.com. Tracking information will be automatically returned to your e-mail address.
What is a Tracking Number? Tracking numbers are used by UPS to identify and trace every package as it moves through the UPS system to its destination. A tracking number is automatically assigned to your package. You can use this number to track, locate and verify arrival time of your package.
